Edlyxr had the privilege of attending the International Dyslexia Association at the Carter Center. The experience was profoundly inspiring. It was remarkable to meet many incredible women who began their journey as mothers advocating tirelessly for their children, such as Missy Purcell. Their dedication has built a strong, resilient community that continues to champion meaningful change.

Deep gratitude to Tina Brickley Engberg for her expertise, mentorship, and ongoing support in Edlyxr’s journey. Engaging discussions with the leadership and team members of hashtag#DecodingDyslexia provided valuable insight into the passionate advocacy shaping the future for students with dyslexia.

It was also a pleasure connecting with educators from exceptional local schools, including The Schenck School, The Walker School, Wardlaw School, and The Swift School. Sharing Edlyxr’s work and offering first-hand VR experiences reinforced the possibility of creating accessible, engaging learning tools that elevate the strengths of every learner.

Edlyxr remains committed to supporting the incredible efforts of parents, teachers, and specialists who fight every day to give children the learning opportunities they deserve. hashtag#DyslexiaCon2025
